Name, guardian name, phone number, and account/billing information you provide when you register as a patient or communicate with our office.

How we use it.

To provide care, schedule and remind you of appointments, communicate about your account and balance, and respond to your questions.

SMS/Mobile messaging.

When you consent to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you opted into (appointment notifications, reminders, and billing/account notifications). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver our communications, and only for that purpose. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care.
