By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our patient registration form (or by texting APLUS to our number), you agree to receive text messages from A+ Pediatrics related to appointment notifications, appointment reminders, and billing/account notifications.

SMS Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

When you opt-in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and any information you provide in response to our messages.

2. Information Use

Your mobile information is used solely for the purpose of sending you the messages you have requested, including appointment reminders and billing notices.

3. No Data Sharing with Third Parties

A+ Pediatrics will not share, sell, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We only share information as required by law, or with service providers who are strictly necessary to deliver the SMS messages on our behalf (such as our SMS gateway provider). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and cannot use your information for any other purpose.

4. Opting Out

You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, we will only send you a single confirmation message to acknowledge your opt-out.
